Vodafone UK has been working in partnership with Nortel (and Microsoft) since Feb 2007, to develop a customer premise IP-PBX solution, fully integrated with the Vodafone mobile network, with one number, one voicemail, one directory, all integrated fully into Microsoft OCS, with a single support model from Vodafone.

Vodafone's relationship with Nortel has continued through their Chapter 11 status and the intention is to continue this, with a committed 18 month roadmap for the development of Vodafone One with Nortel. This position will be reviewed in full following any announcement on Nortel’s long-term direction.
Nortel has a detailed roadmap to evolve the CS1000 and ACE capabilities to deliver richer communication applications to Vodafone One, including enhancing presence capability and integration to IBM.
Vodafone and Nortel enjoy a close executive relationship, from within both the UK and Global, with Vodafone UK Enterprise Director and Nortel Enterprise General Manager alignment, for key development areas.
