Example Training Schedule

Each training schedule is created around the equipment type being supplied and the customer’s specific requirements and all training materials will be provided in the most convenient format.

User training will cover the following handset features: making, receiving & holding calls, transferring calls, redial, saving personal speed dials, using voicemail, forwarding calls, no calls, working within a group, etc.

As a general rule we allow 1 hour for handset usage and 1.5 hours for handset and voicemail usage. There is a 15 minute gap between each session to allow for the attendees to exit and the new attendees to arrive.
