Through this consultation period the new proposed solution is designed, benefits identified and cost savings highlighted. This work can be complex and requires skilled project management to implement. Once the service is live and stable, clients then experience the value of working with us which include: consolidated billing, single point of contact for support, and proactive monitoring of networks through our Network Operations Centre.

We are wholesale partners with the UK’s leading network providers, including BT, C&W and NTL (Virgin Media) and are also partners with various leading hardware vendors, including Cisco, Extreme, Nortel, Packeteer and Exinda. A managed solution with Vodafone Fixed Networks enables you to take advantage of these leading technologies with the benefit of a single point of contact for delivery and support.

  • Optimised WAN – Our flagship product is revolutionising the provision of Wide Area Networks for our customers. This solution allows us to provide WAN solutions that can deliver Compression, Acceleration and "Quality of Service" in a more intelligent, efficient and relevant manner compared to a core "Class of Service" which is usually provided by the carriers.
  • SIP Trunks –SiP Trunks are often sold as a replacement for ISDN lines, however we view this emerging technology differently. SiP Trunks are an enabler in helping our customers to continue using local numbers with a centralised service and also route traffic intelligently across their business. They can also provide resilience enabling a company to re-route calls across their business when a particular site is out of action.
  • Hosted Contact Centre – We also offer a feature rich Contact Centre platform (ACD, IVR, Scripting, CTI and CRM) which is delivered as a fully managed service with an end to end service wrap.
